We now have a completed, fully trialled and operating 'Pirate Tourer', our all new, 5 person electric touring boat. Our electric pirate ship is suitable for lakes, canals and rivers, whether it be for you boat hire venue, or for private use. The boat uses a 1kW electric pod drive, and has a flexible 'open plan' seating arrangement. 
Seen here on the River Hamble, we used the boat as a pirate ferry to strip equipment off Richard's 40 ft yacht - a job it did admirably. Stable, fast, and easy to handle, we were back on the slipway at Swanwick in no time with the load, which included 6 lead acid batteries and a full inventory of sails. No shortage of load space in this boat!
